We hire front-line student staff based primarily on attitude, talent, and the ability to work in a cohesive team environment.  Team members must be dedicated to creating an environment faithful to customer service and safety. 

To be eligible to become a team member of SHOX Recreation you must attend one of our many recruitment sessions hosted each semester.  Applications are only available to those who attend a SHOX Recreation Recruitment session.
