Camp WU Shock is an interactive, educational camp designed for children ages 5 to 12. In a safe and enjoyable environment, children will be presented with a wide range of activities including rock climbing, swimming, arts and crafts, and so much more. Your children will be engaged in fun, active and supervised activities during the times you have to work or attend classes.
Wichita State University faculty, staff, and students’ children between ages 5 and 12 are authorized to sign up for Camp Wu Shock.
Camp WU Shock is scheduled on most in-service days in the USD 259.
Current dates for 2014 Spring sessions:
February 17 and 18
April 18 and 21
Morning session: 8 a.m.–12 p.m.*
Afternoon session: 1-5 p.m.*
*12pm-1pm – Parents/guardians take children for a lunch break. Kids dismissal begins at 11:45 a.m. Sessions can be used during Fall or Spring semester camp days.
Registration can be done in person at Guest Service Desk or by filling out an application on-line.
