HEALTH AND WELLNESS SURVEY
The Center for Economic Development and Business Research is conducting an online survey for the Golden Belt Community Foundation in Great Bend, KS. The purpose of the survey is to identify residents' and workers' perceptions about and experience with nutrition and physical activity in the four-county area of Barton, Pawnee, Rush and Stafford counties.
Anyone who is at least 18 years old and lives or works in Barton, Pawnee, Rush or Stafford counties is invited to take this online survey. Please find links to an English and Spanish version below.
