Academy Fellows:
Academy Fellows will be selected through a nomination and selection process. Once selected, Academy Fellows will participate in activities, designated by the Academy Director, that are designed to expose participants to a variety of learning and mentoring opportunities. All fellows will participate in regularly scheduled mentoring meetings, academy fellow meetings, and an academic year-long leadership seminar. The year-long fellowship will result in completion and presentation a project related to leadership development or quality improvement. Upon completion of the Fellowship, individuals will be eligible to serve as Senior Fellows (leadership mentors) for future Academy Fellows.
