Instructional Support
The COE Technology Staff provides instructional support to COE faculty as they integrate technology into their teaching and learning. The Tech Staff can help identify ways technology can enhance instruction, assist faculty in creating models of effective technology use, and provide ideas and instruction on new and emerging technologies appropriate for different content areas.

Professional Development
Professional development workshops are offered for faculty and staff on various technology topics and tools, both old a new. Workshops are repeated at different times in order to accommodate different schedules. Topics include creating podcasts and vodcasts, archiving Blackboard courses, manipulating digital images, and video conferencing. One-on-one instructional support is also provided as needed.

Technical Support
The COE has technical support staff who provide hardware and software support including the setup of new computers, installation of software, and technology troubleshooting. An internally designed technology database provides information on technology inventory, support, and maintenance.
