Diversity in all its forms can be a stumbling block to productivity and teamwork if handled poorly. When handled well, it instead provides opportunities to enhance and improve the quality of all facets of university life. This Words for Wellness discussion will provide tips and insights for all who wish to turn barriers into bridges, taking advantage of the diversity we have at WSU. As divisive discourse increases in the media and our society, we can choose instead to take advantage of diverse perspectives around us to become more productive and effective: Diversity can help us to thrive!
Light refreshments will be provided.
