Raspberry Pi
Students entering grades 7-9 in Fall 2014

The Raspberry Pi is a fully-functional, credit-card sized computer, being used around the world to teach kids and adults the fundamentals of Computer Science. Campers will learn about the various hardware and software components of the Raspberry Pi by programming it to do whatever they want! This camp includes a $25 equipment fee to cover the cost of a Raspberry Pi ($50 value) each camper gets to keep.

Dominic Canare is an adjunct engineering instructor at Wichita State University. He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in computer science from Pittsburgh State and Wichita State, respectively. In addition to teaching courses, workshops and summer camps for WSU, he is an inventor and entreprenuer and founder of Green Light Go!

Camp Fee: $175 ($25 discount for paid registration before May 1, 2014). An additional $25 fee will be added to registration per student for their Raspberry Pi.
