Sponsorship Packages

Award-Only Sponsor (a contribution of $50+)

• For each $50 contributed, an award of $50 will be made as your organization designates

• a company representative may present the award at the Engineering Banquet (tickets for the banquet must be purchased separately).

Gold Sponsor (a contribution of $500+)

• Company name & logo included in the Engineering Banquet Program
• Award named for your organization in the following increment:
  • $50 for a named company award
• A company representative may present the award at the Engineering Banquet
• Opportunity for one (1) complimentary ticket to the Engineering Banquet (tickets not tax deductible)
• Invitation for judges to attend the Sponsor Open House lunch prior to judging

Platinum Sponsor (a contribution of $1,000 +)

All of the above, plus...

• Corporate display to promote your company at Engineering Open House (Optional)
• Company name & Logo included on website, in the Engineering Banquet program and promotional posters
• Awards named for your organization in the following increments:
  • $150 for 1^st place organization award
  • $50 for 2^nd place organization award
• Opportunity for up to two (2) total compimentary tickets to the Engineering Open House Award Banquet (tickets not tax deductible)

Diamond Sponsor (a contribution of $2,000 +)

All of the above, plus...

• Public recognition of your sponsorship at the Engineering Banuet and opportunity to display company banner/pop-up sign
• Company name & logo on all event marketing materials
• Awards named for your organization in the following increments:
  • $300 for 1^st place organization award
  • $200 for 2^nd place organization award
  • $100 for 3^rd place organization award
• Opportunity for up to three (3) total complimentary tickets to the Engineering Open House Award Banquet (tickets not tax deductible)

Premier Sponsor (a contribution of $5,000 +)

All of the above, plus...

• "Sponsored by" status on all Engineering Open House marketing materials
• Awards named for your organization in the following increments:
  • $500 for 1^st place organization award
  • $350 for 2^nd  place organization award
  • $250 for 3^rd place organization award
  • $100 for honorable mention organization award

We respectfully request the completed form and payment be returned by March 25, 2013 to ensure appropriate sponsor recognition.

Upon receipt, the WSU Foundation will send acknowledgement of your tax-deductible donation and you will be contacted to confirm your sponsorship package details.
