Customer Service Assistant (WorkStudy)

Work Schedule: Up to 20 hours per week

Wage/Salary: 7.25/hr

Job Description: This position is responsible for assisting in the reception area and answering phones in the Office of Financial Aid.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Position responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 75% answering telephone calls, 15% assisting students and 10% other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: SPECIAL SKILLS: Minimum grade point average of 3.0 preferred. Dependable, energetic team player with receptionist and/or customer service background desired. Strong communication skills and attention to detail required. Position is in a fast paced work environment with diverse student population. Computer, phone and filing skills are essential.

***PLEASE NOTE***: All federal work study positions require direct deposit be setup through Payroll for disbursement of paychecks. Anyone who does not have direct deposit setup by October 1, 2011 will receive a cash card. These cash cards have fees for withdrawing of funds.
