Registration: Visit the Heskett Center business office. Drop-ins are welcome for $4.00 a class. Print out a registration form (PDF) and fill out before hand for quicker service.

YOGA ~ A relaxing yet challenging class that brings together heightened body awareness, improved posture, improved respiration, and health. These benefits are refined and developed by our instructors you will see remarkable results. Days & Time: Monday/Wednesday ~ 12:05 - 12:55p.m AQUA LUNCH BUNCH ~ 30 minutes of heart pumping water aerobics. The body remains in a vertical position and the head stays out of the water. Exercises are performed under the water to take advantage of the resistance of the water. No swimming experience needed. WSU STUDENTS ARE ALLOWED TO TAKE THIS CLASS! Days & Time: Tuesday/Thursday ~ 12:15 - 12:45p.m. Boot Camp ~ Boot camp is a full body workout that incorporates cardio, flexibility, agility, balance, muscular strength & endurance. Boot camp is a great way to get fit, lose weight and have fun! Days & Time: Monday/Wednesday/Friday ~ 12:15-12:45 NEW! Yoga, Core and More ~ Powerful and effective yoga poses set to tone and strengthen your abs and back while building energy, willpower and health. Days & Time: Friday ~ 12:05-12:55 |

YOGA ~ A relaxing yet challenging class that brings together heightened body awareness, improved posture, improved respiration, and health. These benefits are refined and developed by our instructors you will see remarkable results. Days & Time:Tuesday/Thursday 5:15 - 6:05p.m. AQUA JOGGING PLUS ~ This class is held in the diving pool. The participants are suspended by an aqua jogging belt. The class includes jogging and running motions, treading water and swimming kicks and different forms of deep water calisthenics. No swimming experience needed. WSU STUDENTS ARE ALLOWED TO TAKE THIS CLASS! Days & Time: Tuesday/Thursday ~ 4:30 - 5:20p.m. PARTNER DANCE FOR FUN & FITNESS ~ Move to the rhythms of several styles of dance. Join our class and learn the foundational steps of many different styles of dance. Loose comfortable clothing and smooth soled shoes are necessary. Day & Time: Wednesday ~ 5:30-7:30 pm |
OOPs! We cancelled it because we didn't know you wanted it! Sometimes excellent courses with super instructors are cancelled when too many people wait until the last minute to register. We need a minimum number of people enrolled before a class will run in order to cover our costs. To avoid inconvenience to students we cancel under enrolled courses at least one or two days ahead of time. Don't wait- Avoid disappointment - register early!
