Heskett Center personal trainers welcome all levels of fitness, and want to help you improve your technique, stamina, and efficiency of your workout. The trainer will assist you for the length of your session, guiding you through each exercise and challenging your level of fitness. Check out the personal trainers with bios by clicking here.

Andrew Rexroad

  • Currently a Junior in the Business School with a focus in Entrepreneurship and Exercise Science.
  • Formerly a Personal Trainer at 24 Hour Fitness
  • Formerly a Wrestling coach for Air Force Academy Prep
  • Certifications: CPR
  • Excited to work with motivated individuals of any age to help achieve their goals.

Bryce Winklepleck

  • Fitness and Wellness Graduate Assistant
  • Currently Graduate Student in Exercise Science
  • 2008 Graduate from WSU with a Bachelors in Sports Management and Minor in Exercise Science
  • 3 years personal training at the Heskett Center
  • Certifications: CPR, AED, First Aid, CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) 
  • Can work with any age to help promote health and fitness

  • A 2007 Graduate of WSU with a B.A. in Exercise Science.
  • Has worked for several Physical Therapy clinics; prescribing exercises for pre and post operative patients.
  • Experience working with senior adults as well as conditioned and deconditioned individuals.
  • Was a 2003-2004 member of the WSU Track & Field team

  • Cross Country and Track and field athlete 
    • captain of cross country and long distance crew
  • Majoring in Exercise Science
  • Certifications: CPR and AED
  • Able to work with a wide variety of costumers for a better and healthier lifestyle.
