Most of the activity spaces will open when the building opens and will close 15 minutes before the building closes. When classes are in session, or during scheduled events, some areas will not be available at specific times during the day. Please refer to the signs posted by those areas.

• Monday - Friday: 6:00 am - 9:45 pm.
• Saturday: 9:00 am - 5:45 pm
• Sunday: 1:00 pm - 5:45 pm

1. Please use all equipment according to the manufacturers instructions.
   
2. There is a 30 minute time limit on all exercise machines.
   
3. Use the wipes provided to wipe down the machine when finished.
   
4. You must be at least 16 years old to use this area.
   
5. Personal items left on the floor are a tripping hazard. Please use the locker room or a cubby.
   
6. Athletic attire and footwear must be worn.
   
7. Only Heskett Center Personal Traininers are allowed to train in the facility.
   
8. FYI - cell phones may interfere with the heart rate monitor
   
9. Emergency Procedure: go directly to the Business Office to report an emergency
