CIRCUIT ROOM HOURS
Most of the activity spaces will open when the building opens and will close 15 minutes before the building closes. When classes are in session, or during scheduled events, some areas will not be available at specific times during the day. Please refer to the signs posted by those areas.
- Monday - Friday: 6:00 a.m. - 9:45 p.m.
- Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:45 p.m.
- Sunday: 1:00 p.m. - 5:45 p.m.
CIRCUIT ROOM RULES
The policies of the Heskett Center have been developed to keep the facility and equipment in good condition and to assure your safety while using the Heskett Center. If you have any questions or need assistance, please go to the Heskett Center Business Office.
Use of the Heskett Center is a privilege. Failure to comply to policies and directions of the staff governing participation, equipment and/or conduct may result in suspension from the Heskett Center or it's programs.
1.) All General Facility Rules Apply!!
2.) Users must be at least 14 years old to be in this area.
3.) 14 and 15 year olds without state identification must be accompanied by a parent.
4.) Prior to participation, we recommend you attend an orientation on proper execution of various exercises and benefits of circuit training.
5.) Observe proper circuit room etiquette and demonstrate courtesy towards others in the room at all times.
6.) Do not bang or drop the weight stacks.
7.) Athletic shoes and attire must be worn in this area (must wear shirts).
8.) Exercise must be done in proper training order.
9.) Please use the wipes provided to wipe off benches after each use.
10.) Personal belongings, gym bags, keys, coats and any other non exercise related items will not be allowed in the circuit room. It is suggested that users keep their personal belongings in the locker rooms.
11.) Immediately report any facility related injury or facility equipment irregularity to the supervisors on duty.
