COMBATITIVES ROOM HOURS
Most of the activity spaces will open when the building opens and will close 15 minutes before the building closes. When classes are in session, or during scheduled events, some areas will not be available at specific times during the day. Please refer to the signs posted by those areas.
- Monday - Friday: Please refer to the signs posted by the combatitives room for specific times.
- Saturday: 9:00 am - 5:45 pm
- Sunday: 1:00 pm - 5:45 pm
COMBATITIVES ROOM RULES
The policies of the Heskett Center have been developed to keep the facility and equipment in good condition and to assure your safety while using the Heskett Center. If you have any questions or need assistance, please go to the Heskett Center Business Office.
Use of the Heskett Center is a privilege. Failure to comply to policies and directions of the staff governing participation, equipment and/or conduct may result in suspension from the Heskett Center or it's programs.
- All General Facility Rules Apply!!
- If you unfold a mat, fold it back up when finished.
- Equipment (sharp or otherwise) that may damage the floor, mats, padded walls, punching bag, or the mirrors are not permitted.
- Care must be taken to avoid any contact with the mirrors.
- Anyone using the heavy bag must have hands and knuckles covered.
- Proper clothing (shirt) must be worn.
- When kicking the heavy bag, please wear soft soled shoes or no shoes.
- The padded walls in the room are for safety, do not kick, punch, or strike.
