Disciplinary Policy:
Use of the Heskett Center is a privilege. Failure to comply to policies and directions of the staff governing participation, equipment, and/or conduct may result in suspension from the Heskett Center or its programs.

Disciplinary Procedures:
The length of suspension will depend on the severity of the infraction. The initial decision will be made by the staff member directly responsible for the program. Appeals may be made to the Heskett Center Director except in the case where University discipline may be involved. In the event the situation involves University discipline, appeals will be made through the procedures spelled out in the Student Handbook.
