- To obtain equipment, you must give your valid WSU ID or Heskett Center ID to the equipment room supervisor. We reserve the right to charge a fee for damaged equipment or equipment that has not been returned.
- Equipment must be returned 15 minutes prior to closing time each day. If not returned by closing, a late fee may be charged.
- Towel Service: Rental lockers and baskets have unlimited towel exchange. The equipment room supervisor must witness the towel deposit for an exchange. Daily rental towels are not allowed for exchange and must be checked out and IN with your ID. Your basket/towel combination sheet must be shown initially and stamped to receive your first towel.
- Daily rental locks are for one day only and must be returned before the end of the business day.
- Ice is given out for injuries only. Must be recorded and documented. Ice is not rated for human consumption.
- Sponsors may check out equipment for their guests and assume all responsibility for equipment issued. A sponsor may also check out one towel for each guest. The sponsor must present the guest pass with their Heskett Center ID.
