Hugo Wall Public Administration Society (HWPAS) is open to all students enrolled in the Master of Public Administration degree. Meetings are held regularly during the academic year. The Hugo Wall Public Administration Society (HWPAS) is open to any student, with a full-time or part-time course load who has full graduate degree-seeking status in the Hugo Wall School of Urban
and Public Affairs or is enrolled in a graduate certificate program in the Hugo Wall School.
