State of Kansas Benefits for Wichita State University employees are administered in the Human Resources Center, located between the Rhatigan Student Center and the Campus Activities Center Theater. The office is open 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

 BenefitsWise  Newsletter for active members of the Kansas Public Employee Retirement System.  Previously known as KPERS Papers. 
 Donor Leave  Guidelines & procedures for using donor leave.
 Employee Assistance Program (EAP)  HealthQuest and LifeLine are the state EAP programs. Short-term counseling, personal money management, child care information & referrals, elder care information & referrals, healthy weight program, legal advice & discounts, life coaching, etc.
 Employee Services  Access to all state employee benefit information.
 Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA)  How to apply for family medical leave.
 Flexible Spending Claim Form (ASI)  The reimbursement form to file medical and dependent care claims.
 Health Plan Providers   List of all health care, dental, prescription and  vision network providers.

 Healthy Campus  WSU Healthy Campus Resources is a website of health and wellness services on campus.
 Health Coaching Service  Talk to a personal, specially-trained professional health coach; available 24/7 regarding education and support; questions to discuss with your doctor; educational materials at no cost; to manage ongoing medical conditions.  Available to benefited employees and their covered dependents.
 Holidays  Link to State and University holidays.
 Insurance, Dental  Delta Dental is the state provider for dental insurance.
 Insurance, Health  Scroll through to review the state health care providers.
 Insurance, Prescription  Detail of plan provisions and list of preferred brand drugs.  (Prescription drug insurance in included in the health plan.)
 Insurance, Student Employee  Student employees of the University are not covered under the State health plan.  Go to the Graduate School Office or Student Health to obtain application brochures.
 Insurance, Vision  Optional vision insurance provider.
 Kansas Deferred Compensation @ the State web site  Information on the investment options available with ING.
 Kansas Mentors Program  As a State of Kansas employee you have the chance to help close our "mentoring gap."  Each pay period, you are eligible for up to 90 minutes of paid time to volunteer in an approved Kansas Mentors' program.
 KPERS Papers  Newsletter for active members of the Kansas Public Employee Retirement System.
 Leave for Classified Staff  A link to the WSU Policies & Procedures relating to classified staff.
