Affiliated Corporations Vacancies within the affiliated corporations at WSU are advertised and filled by the specific department. Positions in the Affiliated Corporations are either posted with www.HRePartners.com or handled directly by the corporation. Applicants should contact the individual corporation.
Classified Support Staff Support the University's mission of teaching, research and service. Examples include jobs in research support, student programs, physical plant maintenance operations and administrative support.
Faculty/Lecturers Involve teaching, research and service. Examples include assistant professors, instructors and lecturers.
Student Employment Jobs are designed to meet the part-time employment needs of students and require student status at WSU. See Student Policies and Procedures at the WSU web site.

  • Office of Career Services web site serves the campus by posting student openings, including Graduate Assistantship opportunities.
  • Cooperative Education web site highlights an academic program that allows students to connect academic knowledge with the business world. Co-op expands learning experiences through paid employment in a supervised, educational work setting related to the student's major field of study or career focus.
  • Internships are paid and unpaid positions related to students' major. Internships can be held for a semester or summer. The length of time commitment is pre-defined by the employer.
Temporary Employment Hired for a limited time period to fill in during peak business times or staff shortages.
Unclassified Professional

Manage University departments or larger units, or require advanced status in a recognized profession. Examples include deans, department heads and project engineers.
