Apply for housing as early as possible. Housing and Residence Life will make every attempt to honor your preferences, but room assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. You may apply before you are admitted to WSU, but you may not be guaranteed a room assignment, and you may not actually check into the residence hall until you have been admitted.
To apply, you must submit:

A completed and signed Housing and Residence Life 2009-2010 Academic Year Room and Board Application/Contract. The housing contract is a legally binding agreement for the entire academic year, provided you remain enrolled at WSU. Please read the contract carefully before you sign.

A $50 application fee. If you are applying for Fairmount Towers or Brennan Halls a $200 prepayment, payable by check or money order to Housing and Residence Life. If you are applying for Wheatshocker Apartments a $100 deposit.
