The IEEE is a non-profit, technical professional association of more than 360,000 individual members in approximately 175 countries. The full name is the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers , Inc., but the organization is usually known by its initials I-E-E-E (Eye-triple-E).
There are over 68,000 student members of IEEE in more than 1300 student branches in 80 countries. The Student Branch at WSU is a part of this global community. We aim to enhance the academic, professional and technological development of our student members through entertaining and informative programs.
