The objectives of the Industrial Engineering (IE) program are to prepare its graduates to:
1. Be employed in jobs related to design, implementation and improvement of systems in manufacturing and service sectors. These will include jobs in quality engineering, facilities management, man-machine systems, simulation, project planning, inventory management, ergonomics, and optimization.
