This survey consists of two sections and you are requested to fill both sections. This survey is meant for those who have received their B.S.Mfg.E. degree from WSU.

'Part I' asks you to provide some information about you. If the expected response is ‘Yes’ or ‘No’, please put an ‘x’ in the appropriate box. Some questions in this section ask you to write the information in the space provided. Please be as complete as possible.

'Part II' of the survey has questions related to the undergraduate program educational objectives. Please review these objectives (given below) before answering this part. Answer 'Part II' only if your undergraduate engineering degree is from WSU.

The objectives of the Manufacturing Engineering (MfgE) program are to prepare its graduates to:

1. Be employed in jobs related to design, planning and control, implementation, and improvement of manufacturing processes and systems.

2. Pursue graduate studies.

3. Enjoy professional success because of the program’s emphasis on solving real world problems in industries and organizations in the metropolitan area.
