Bio: Dr. Hackett earned his Ph.D. in Marketing at the University of Oklahoma. Areas of expertise include Marketing Strategy, Growing the Firm, and Selling and Sales Force Management. Professional training topics include Quality and Customer Service, Train the Trainer, Facilitation Skills, Presentation Skills, Team Member Skills, Coaching Skills, Delegation and Empowerment, and Stress Management.
 
Sample Publications: Numerous publications in academic and professional journals include the Journal of Marketing, Journal of Real Estate, Journal of International Business, and Journal of Advertising. Monographs in franchising and facilitation skills published by the American Marketing Society and Crisp Publications.
 
Awards/Recognitions: Recipient of the Regent's Award for Excellence in Teaching.
