The 2012 Project Lead The Way Kansas Counselor Conference will be held in Wichita, Kansas on Tuesday, November 6, at the WSU Hughes Metropolitan Complex, 29th and Oliver.
PLTW and WSU believe that counselors play a key role in answering students' and parents' questions about the PLTW Program, in enrolling students in appropriate PLTW courses, and in counseling students as they consider engineering and other STEM fields.
The Counselor Conference is open to counselors, teachers, administrators, students, and members of industry who are interested in knowing more about PLTW. It is also recommended for any district or school that is considering implementation of a PLTW Program.
