Applying for Graduate Study in
the Department of Psychology
When applying for graduate study in Psychology at Wichita State University you must submit applications to both the Graduate School and the Department of Psychology. You can submit the Department of Psychology application in person, mail or email.
This application will not be processed until all of the following is received: (a) official transcripts from the university(ies) you attended, (b) official GRE scores (verbal & quantitative), (c) three letters of recommendation, (d) completed Psychology Department application, (e) completed WSU Graduate School Application.

Note: To complete Letters of Recommendation forms: complete the form, print copies, sign the forms, then submit the forms to your references.

Financial Support
We make effort to provide students with financial support at the highest level possible. Financial assistance may come in the form of scholarship, teaching or research assistantship, or College Work Study support. Students receiving work study support often perform the same duties as teaching or research assistants. At the time of completing this application you are strongly urged to complete the standard FAFSA financial aid form. This form should be available through your institution's financial aid office. If you have difficulty in finding this form, please contact us and we will send one to you.
