• Reservations must be made 7 days in advance for weekday parties. Saturday parties must be reserved 8 days in advance. Sunday parties must be reserved 9 days in advance. A deposit is required to be paid 7 days prior to your reservation. The deposit is 25% of your total bill. For those canceling 7 or more days prior to your party, your deposit will be refunded. Partial cancelations that are made less than 7 days in advance will result in a fee of 25% of your canceled reservation.
• A $25 per hour overtime fee will be charged for those booking between 1:00am & 7:00am. These parties must be booked 14 days in advance.
• Group size must be finalized 7 days in advance of your party to ensure proper staffing.
• Reservations will be accepted for a minimum of 4 bowling lanes or 4 billiard tables.
• Reservations booked outside the normal operating hours of the Rhatigan Student Center must be reserved for the entire center for a minimum of 3 hours.
• For groups without an open account with the Rhatigan Student Center, payment must be received at the time of the party or before.
• The person(s) in charge of their group are responsible for the proper care of equipment and facilities. Any damages will be billed to the person(s) in charge of the group.
• Coin operated amusement machines are not included in the reservation price. However, these items are available for use by groups using the Center.
• Groups with individuals under the age of 16 should have at least one adult, aged 18 or older, for every 15 younger people.
• While groups with reservations do have exclusive use of the bowling lanes, and/or billiard tables which they have reserved, at not time does a group using the Rec Center have the right to prevent Wichita State University students, faculty or staff from access to the area.
• All food and beverage served in the Rhatigan Student Center must be provided by the Rec Center or WSU Dining. Sorry, no food or beverage my be brought in from outside. Thank you for your cooperation.
