SEEDS is a program through the College of Engineering at Wichita State that seeks to involve students K-12 in engineering and science activities in and outside of the classroom.

What can SEEDS do for me?

Switched on Saturdays

S.O.S. activities are FREE events offered to 5th-8th grade students. Programs are held on designated Saturdays from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm at either Exploration Place or Wichita State University. Activities include Lego Robotics, Roller Coasters, Flight, Electricity and Circuits, Rube Goldberg, Bridges, Reverse Engineering, Game Programming, Alternative Fuels and energies, and more!. Classroom Visits

Classroom visits are held during or after school at Wichita and surrounding area schools. All activities offered through S.O.S. are available and most can be formatted for grades K-12. For more information, contact SEEDS at seeds@wichita.edu.
