2009-2010 WuShock/Cheer Squad/Dance Team appearance request form

WuShock appearances require a $50 donation (for all non-university organizations) plus $0.50 for each mile traveled. The cost for cheerleader and dance team appearances depends on the number of personnel needed and the time required. Due to the number of requests we receive, we cannot guarantee an appearance. However, every possible effort will be made to schedule your request. All performances/appearances are performed by current Wichita State University students, therefore all requests are based on students' academic schedules. We ask that you send in your request 30 days prior to your event.

NOTE: No request will be accepted for events between May 22-August 16 due to Summer obligations.
