Eligibility Requirements to Tryout for

| To be eligible to participate in WSU cheerleading tryouts, you must have the following: |

| All forms must be completed and turned in to coach prior to tryout. If you do not have these forms completed you will not be allowed to participate in the tryouts. |

What to Wear at Tryouts

The following represents the required attire for WSU Cheer Squad tryouts. Note that these requirements are for safety reasons. Remember that part of your score in the finals will be based on your “Overall Image,” so be sure to look “game ready” (a combination of black, yellow, & white), neat, and classy! |

Academic Requirements of WSU Cheer Squad Members |
|
In order to qualify to be a Wichita State University cheerleader, you must be a full time WSU student. Undergraduates must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours and Graduate students in at least 9 credit hours in both the fall and spring semesters for the academic year (2009-2010). In addition, you must maintain a minimum 2.3 grade point average (GPA). |
