Transfer of Military Credit

In order to receive proper credit for military training, a record of your military credit and training will need to be requested and sent to WSU. Your records will be evaluated in the Transcript Office, posted to your transcript at WSU, and evaluated by each individual school for determination of credit given toward your degree.

Your military credit and training records can be requested as follows:

Air Force-

Send an official Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) Transcript directly to WSU's Office of Veteran's Services. You can request a transcript from the CCAF.

Army-

If you entered active duty on or after October, 1981 submit an Army/Ace Registry Transcript System(AARTS) request. You can request this transcript from AARTS.

** Note-If you entered service before October, 1981 a DD 214 is required.

Marine or Navy-

Send an official Sailor or Marine American Council Registry Transcript (SMART) request directly to WSU's Office of Veteran's Services. You can request a transcript from SMART.

United States Coast Guard-

Send an official U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Transcript request directly to WSU's Office of Veteran's Services. You can request a transcript from USCG.

Reservists and National Guard or Active Duty-
