Parking

Parking is open, except for the row closest to the west wall of the building. Many east side students have said that the drive across town is well worth the convenient parking the West Campus provides.

Class locations

A video display is located in our main lobby showing class locations.  Our building is also staffed during all the hours we are open and is happy to assist you.

Quiet Study Lounge

A quiet room, equipped with computers, is available for studying.  It is open all hours that the building is open.

Student/Faculty Lounge

A small lounge with a microwave and refrigerator is available for use.  The lounge is located in room 106, which is in the west hallway of the building.

Tuition and Fee Payment

Fee payments may be made by check or cash at the West Campus during regular business hours and when classes are in session.

Textbook Pickup

When you order your textbooks through www.wsubooks.com you are able to have them delivered to the West Campus for convenient pickup from our main office at no additional cost.  It's a great way for westsiders to save some gas money!

Career counseling appointments available. Call 978-3435 for an appointment "at the west Campus."

Financial Aid

Call 978-6777 or drop by the West Campus office to make an appointment.

Math Tutoring

Can't make it to the Main Campus for tutoring.  Request to schedule tutoring at the West Campus instead.

Library Book Delivery/Return

Now you can avoid the trip across town and still get the library books you need. Check out http://libraries.wichita.edu/ablah/index.php/branch-information/135-book-transfer for more details.

Printing/Copying

Use the computers in the lobby or in the quiet study room to print for just 10 cents per page.  We accept cash and shocker card payments.  If you need assistance just ask one of the staff.

Free Student Basketball Ticket Pickup

You may drop by the West Campus to pick up a free student ticket to the next big game during men's basketball season.  You must be a current student who has been billed for student fees in order to be eligible for a ticket.  Only one ticket available at the West Campus per valid Shocker ID.  For a list of games and pick up dates, please check: http://www.goshockers.com/ViewArticle.dbml?DB_OEM_ID=7500&ATCLID=205318132 and call the West Campus at 978-8312 to be sure we have tickets left to the games you want to go to.
