WSU Post Office Mailing Request

Step 1-Complete the online form below. You should schedule your mailings a minimum of 3 business days prior to us receiving your material. We will reply back that your mailing has been scheduled.

Step 2-To check accuracy of your mailing lists, send list to postal.services@wichita.edu, at least 2 business days prior to us receiving your material. If you have any questions, please call 978-5875.

Note: Due to the Holiday Shut Down the last day to schedule a mass mailing is December 19, 2012.
