Great Decisions 2013
This class will explore contemporary world problems utilizing lecture, text and video developed by The Foreign Policy Association and class discussion. This class is a repeat of the class offered during the spring 2013 semester. This class will cover the President’s Decision Making/Who Makes Foreign Policy, the Future of the Euro, Egypt, NATO, Myanmar, Intervention, Iran, China and Africa, and Threat Assessment.

Street Smart Investing
Learn the methods to evaluate your investments in your 401(K), IRAs, mutual funds, and stocks and bonds. This is a concise “real world” opportunity to understand your personal investments, the financial markets, and the problems to avoid.
Class length: 3 weeks, Thursdays, October 3, 10, 17 Time: 7 – 9 p.m.

Introduction to the iPad
This class provides an overview of the Apple iPad. This class is designed for those with little to no computer background and those who wish to use an iPad for the first time. Topics covered include: Navigating, Customizing, Setting up passwords, Surfing the internet and Finding apps. Feel free to bring your own iPad to gain the most from this session. Participants who bring an iPad should know their Apple ID and password prior to start time. Instruction is given on an iPad with Retina display, but users with iPad 2 or iPad mini should be able to follow along without problems.
