Wichita State University seeks an experienced, dynamic, and visionary leader to serve as the Dean of the Barton School of Business.  This senior administrative appointment will assume leadership of a very strong and diverse academic unit, with a growing national reputation.

The Barton School is building on its success as a nationally recognized source of entrepreneurial business leaders for the global marketplace.  The School is AACSB-accredited in business and accounting.  The Barton School offers ten undergraduate majors (BBAs), as well as four graduate degrees including masters in business administration (MBA and Executive MBA), economics (MA), and accounting (MACC).  There are six academic and outreach centers:  Center for Economic Development and Business Research, Center for Economic Education, Center for Entrepreneurship, Center for International Business Advancement, Center for Management Development, Center for Real Estate, and a seventh, the Koch Global Trading Center, opening in Summer 2014.
