Why I chose WSU
Wichita State was the perfect size! I came from a small town and wanted the big town opportunities without feeling like just a number. WSU’s cooperative education program was also a huge benefit to me.
I love that I can meet new people all of the time but I can also walk through campus and see at least one person that I know. It's a great mix.
The “echo circle” by Morrison Hall is my favorite place on campus. It's so unique and it is unexpected when you walk through it the first time. Kind of like Wichita State. WSU will surprise you, if you let it.
Make a new friend in all of your classes. You are bound to miss class at some point and it is handy to have someone you can go to and see what you missed that day.
Marriage and Families, it was a hybrid class. We would meet in class for discussions and lectures and then have all of our assignments online. The teacher was amazing and super down to earth. I learned a lot and really enjoyed going to class.
