Alumni Awards Nomination Form

Each year since 1955, the WSU Alumni Association has honored individuals by recognizing personal and professional achievement as well as service to the university and society. We encourage everyone to nominate an individual for an alumni award. All nominees, as well as their nominators, will be kept confidential.
 

The Achievement Award
established in1955, is the highest honor given to a Wichita State alumnus or alumna by the Alumni Association.

The Recognition Award
is presented to alumni or faculty and friends of the University for particular service to WSU.

The Laura M. Cross Distinguished Service Award
is presented to an employee or retired employee of WSU who has given extraordinary service to the University.

The Young Alumnus/Alumna Award
is presented in recognition of the accomplishments of a WSU graduate 40 years old or younger.

Award of Distinction
is presented for significant and unique contributions to the university and/or community.

Individuals may be nominated for one or more alumni awards. All nominees will be kept confidential. Award recipients will be recognized at the annual Alumni Awards Banquet in early 2011. Please fill out this form completely before submitting. Feel free to make additional copies should you wish to submit more than one nominee.
