Alumni records are at the heart of association and many university projects, publications and events.  The association maintains more than 10 million fields of database information, tracks address information on well over 100,000 alumni and houses more than 25,000 archived biographical files that preserve news releases and articles, correspondence and photographs of alumni, faculty and notable university friends.  While valuing the security of private information, staff members provide mailing addresses for association and university publications and event invitations.
