The Cisco Technical Research Center (CTRC) in the Advanced Networking Research Institute (ANRI) focuses on various research projects in the field of Computer Networks. Research, design, troubleshoot and resolve networking issues that help to create or improve networks is the main focus of what we do. We pursue new networking technologies, new architectures in both design and implementation, new models for developing next generation computer networks and create content to help and train networking industry.
Our passion is to provide a platform for students to discover themselves and excel. Students get an opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills to research and troubleshoot real world networking issues. CTRC currently employs about 70 Undergraduate and Graduate students working as Research Assistants. This research center has excellent lab facilities largely funded by Cisco Systems Inc.
