Management involves coordinating a group of people to accomplish a goal. The Management program at Wichita State University focuses on the human interaction within an organization. You will take courses in leadership, motivation, organizational development and design, group dynamics, communication and decision-making.

Management also includes planning, organizing, controlling and directing resources efficiently to enhance organizational effectiveness and productivity. You can specialize in a specific management field through minors such as human resource management, management information systems, operations management, international business, and entrepreneurship.
