* All majors must have at least 12 unduplicated credit hours.

* A maximum of 3 credit hours of coop can be used in ECON-RE major.

* ECON-RE major consists of 21 credit hours. Some courses have prerequisites.

  • RE 310 Principles of Real Estate (3)
  • ECON 301 Intermediate Macroeconomics (3)
  • ECON 302 Intermediate Microeconomics (3)
  • ECON 340 Money and Banking  or  ECON 688 Urban Economics (3)
  • One upper-division Economics Elective (3)

Major Electives - Choose 2 courses (6 credit hours) from the following:

  • RE 438 Real Estate Law (3)
  • RE 611 Real Estate Finance (3)
  • RE 614 Real Estate Appraisal (3)
  • RE 618 Real Estate Investment Analysis (3)
  • RE 619 Urban Land Development (3)
