The Master of Business Administration degree in WSU's W. Frank Barton School of Business prepares you for responsible positions of professional leadership in business, government, health-related organizations, and other institutions. Particular attention is given to developing an understanding of the organization as an integrated system.
Reputation.
We are the oldest and most established program in the state. We are also the only MBA program in Wichita and South-Central Kansas to hold the distinct recognition as being an AACSB accredited program - the seal of approval for the best buisness schools in the world.
Coursework. WSU's Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a traditional, management-based MBA program offering course work in accounting, economics, management, finance, and marketing. A thesis is not required.
Timeframe. The MBA program, which requires 36 to 48 hours depending on the student's undergraduate background, may be completed on either a full- or part-time basis. Required classes are offered during the evening hours so students may continue to work while completing their degree.

Q&A Luncheon Dates - Meet alums and hear about the requirements of the MBA program during a brief presentation. Lunch is included. All sessions are held downtown for your convenience at the Wichita Chamber of Commerce -- 350 W. Douglas -- from 11:45 to 1:00 p.m. Reservations are required.
Information Sessions - Offered in the evening from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. at the W. Frank Barton School of Business. Get a quick overview of program layout, requirements, application deadlines, GMAT tips and hints, and much more. Held in the 3rd floor board room of Clinton Hall. Reservations are required.
