Aoyama Gakuin University

Students should have at least 2 semesters of Japanese language courses prior to studying at Aoyama Gaikuin University (AGU) and preferably have completed all Japanese language courses at WSU.  Courses offered at AGU are mostly Japanese language and culture-related with some courses taught in English. Students typically take half of the courses in Japanese and the other courses in English in areas of communication and business for a total of 14 U.S. credit hours. Accommodations for students can be in dormitories or guest houses or they can also live with a host family, which can be arranged by AGU.
