NIRSA Day/F45 Playoffs

February 22, 2017 

Celebrate NIRSA Day by participating in F45 Playoffs! Cycle through the following 10 stations and perform 45 seconds of work on each, with 15 seconds of rest in between.

1. Rowing
2. Bench Hops
3. TRX Push Up + Kneetuck
4. Cone Lateral Hop
5. Box Jump Burpee
6. Chin Ups
7. Barbell Squat Press
8. Medball Russian Twist
9. Deadball Overhead Drop
10. Hurdle Hop - Sprint

Scores are based on the maximum total number of reps completed. The male and female in each age division with the highest number of reps will be pronounced the champion and receive a prize.

The viewing platform above the racquetball court will be open to allow guests to watch the event.
