The group exercise program, Shocker Fitness, offers classes to WSU students, faculty, staff, alumni and retirees. The program is designed to improve your fitness level through safe and fun classes. One’s health isn’t simply measured in pounds and inches but in fun and enjoyment as well. Make your workout experience enjoyable while making new friends too. Choose from over 20 classes offered throughout the week including Zumba, Yoga and water aerobics. All Shocker Fit classes are taught by qualified instructors who will guide you safely through your workout.
