The forums will be held Thursdays from 3-4 p.m. in Devlin Hall room 107.
All forums are free and open to the public.
September 4 — “Entrepreneurial Leadership"
A forum dedicated to Professor Don Hackett, a former director of the Center and WSU professor for 40 years. There will be a lobby reception in his honor following the event. All panel members have been students of Don including Dean Cindy Claycomb (moderator), Network Kansas CEO Steve Radley, Retired Westar CEO Bill Moore and Great Plains Venture CEO Susayn Brandes.
September 25 — “From Kitchen Table to Global Brand: The Cabela’s Story.”
Author David Cabela will talk about his family taking their business from a conversation around the family table to a leading company in outdoors retailing.

November 13 — “Social Entrepreneurship”
Moderated by Shelly Prichard, CEO of Wichita Community Foundation, this forum will focus on social entrepreneurship. Wichita Eagle sports columnist Bob Lutz, who founded an inner city baseball program, League 42, will be one of the panelists.

The Entrepreneurship Forum Series, presented by Meritrust Credit Union and the Center for Entrepreneurship, is a free series dedicated to providing community members and students insights into entrepreneurship through presentations by and panels of local and national entrepreneurs.
