Jon Rosell, Ph.D Jon Rosell, Ph.D. is the executive director of the Medical Society of Sedgwick County (MSSC), a membership organization representing approximately 1,200 physicians on issues related to the practice of medicine and supporting efforts to improve the health and well-being of the residents of Wichita-Sedgwick County. His background includes working in programs and facilities that use a rehabilitation/medical model to serve individuals with limitations or disabilities. Jon is vice chair of the Wichita Business Coalition on Health Care, vice chair of leadership development at the Wichita Metro Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Wichita Center for Graduate Medical Education board of directors.
