Bachelor Application Process & Information

1. Please make an appointment with an advisor for a transcript analysis at 316-978-3304 or 1-800-340-7472
2. Forward a letter to our Department Chair, Denise Maseman, RDH, MS requesting admittance to the WSU Dental Hygiene Bachelor's Program, and attach a copy of your current dental hygiene license(s).
3. Contact WSU Admissions at 316-978-3085 or 1-800-362-2594
4. Former WSU students need to reactivate their student status in the Admissions office.
