Scholarship Application 2009-2010

CHP Departmental Scholarships are specifically for students admitted to or enrolled in a professional program of the College of Health Professions at Wichita State University. Students applying for the departmental nursing scholarships must be admitted to the professional phase of the nursing program. Students enrolled as pre-nursing students are not eligible for the departmental scholarships, but can apply for CHP continuing student scholarships. Check with Student Services, 402 Ahlberg Hall, if you are a pre-nursing student working on prerequisites.

Please return departmental nursing scholarship coversheet and application to room 541 Ahlberg Hall by April 10, 2009.
