ATTENTION:
All Health Professions Graduating Seniors are required to complete an Undergraduate Application for Degree (AFD). This application can be completed online only.
The College of Health Professions requires a degree review prior to your final semester in order to verify all degree requirements have been satisfied. Please adhere to deadlines listed below.
AFD Guideline and Deadlines:
- September 1st for Spring/Summer Graduates
- February 1st for Fall Graduates

To Complete Application for Degree:
- Login to myWSU portal website at mywsu.wichita.edu
- Select "myClasses" tab and locate "Graduation Links" section
- Click to complete "Application for Degree"
